M&M Tax Preparation Services

New Clients - In-Person Appointment Required

Returning Clients - In-Person Appointment, Mail, Email, or Dropoff

We have a variety of methods to meet clients and prepare tax returns. We aim to provide tax service at the client’s comfort level and are willing to support your family in the following methods. For new clients, we prefer an in-person meeting so we can get to know you and your family’s circumstances. However, we are flexible and will work to meet your needs.

  1. Our in‑person tax preparation service provides a personalized and efficient experience. To get started, please contact our office to schedule an appointment. During your visit, you will meet one‑on‑one with a tax professional and review your documents together. Most appointments take approximately one hour, depending on the complexity of your return and your family’s circumstances. Once completed, your tax return will be electronically filed, and you will receive a copy for your records. We will also keep paper and electronic copies in our office for four years.
  2. Our drop‑off tax preparation service offers a convenient and efficient way to have your return completed. You may mail your tax documents to our office or drop them off in person. Once received, a tax preparer will review your paperwork, confirm receipt, and begin preparing your return in the order it arrives.
    • During the process, a member of our team may contact you to verify information, ask clarifying questions, or request any additional documents needed to ensure accuracy. After your return is completed, it will be electronically filed. You will then be notified when your copies are ready for pick‑up, or we can mail them to you for an additional fee.
  3. We also offer fully electronic tax preparation for your convenience. You may scan or photocopy your tax documents and submit them to us as email attachments. Throughout the process, our team is available to communicate by phone, email, or a scheduled Zoom meeting to ensure your questions are answered and your return is completed accurately.

Note: To ensure timely completion and electronic filing by April 15, all drop‑off and electronic tax preparation documents must be received by March 25, unless alternative arrangements have been approved in advance.
